The terms for using Cruza

These Terms govern your use of Cruza ("the App"), provided by Decanus Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

• Obey local laws and ride responsibly. Do not interact with the App while riding.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.
• You are responsible for your account and for keeping credentials secure.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

• Some features require an auto-renewing subscription. Pricing is shown in-app and localized by region and currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions.
• Trials or promotions may be offered, and unused portions may be forfeited upon purchase.

Content & Conduct

• Do not upload illegal or infringing content. You grant us a license to host content you submit for the purpose of operating the App.

Disclaimers & Liability

The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of GPS or map data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
